"Ready to Record" means all instruments are already mic'd, wired, and pre-set in the workstation for recording without any technical downtime. Superior acoustic treatment, comfortable, with air conditioning and windows, and a recording booth. Equipment: Mac Studio M2 Max, Pro Tools HDX, Solid State Logic AWS900 Plus Delta console, PMC IB1S monitor, etc. (see specifications)
